Halstead Farm is a family-run mixed farm located in Merville, BC.  We produce the best possible quality certified organic chicken, pork, lamb and bedding plants.

With the goals of sustainable farm management, humane and ethical treatment of animals, and of sharing these values with the public by example, we began process to becoming Certified Organic, and began selling organically raised products through the Comox Valley Farmers’ Market in 2008.  We love being a part of the Farmers’ Market community, and try to be there every week that we can.  Hope to see you there!

Fresh and frozen chicken is available weekly between June and Thanksgiving, and pork and lamb are available in the fall. In addition to the Market, we sell from the farm gate and frozen chicken is available through Sunshine Organics.
